Meet and Greet is a great way for prospective parents to ask questions, see how we work, and meet one of our providers. We want to help you make the best decision for your family.
FOR NEW FAMILIES TRANSFERRING
New patients are able to schedule online through the appointment link at the top of this page or by calling our office. New patient paperwork will be requested electronically via our check-in platform prior to your first appointment. We will discuss transfer of medical records during your appointment if needed. We encourage you to bring historical vaccine records with you if you are new to Washington State.
