New office is so clean and well organized. Staci is an exceptional pediatrician and we were so happy to walk through the doors again! We have a toddler with complex medical needs and finding Natalie to be his pediatrician has been amazing! She is thoughtful, kind, patient, and so good at making my son feel comfortable. She explains everything, and coordinates care with all my son’s specialists. The office is clean and kid-friendly. I highly recommend Shine Pediatrics!

Love Natalie SO MUCH! We were out of town tagging along on a work trip, when baby starting acting very unwell. I called Natalie and she gave me some really helpful information about health care options for baby in the area. Ultimately we decided to come in to see her and she was able to accommodate us immediately! Natalie was exceptionally thorough and patient with both baby and me. We even called with a few follow up questions and were helped right away. You could tell Natalie really cares about all her patients, and if we lived nearby, she would definitely be baby's pediatrician! This is coming from a mom who tried out and interviewed 6 different pediatricians before settling on the right one for her baby at birth.

I don't know what to say, other than SIMPLY THE BEST! Instead of being one in a line of many patients getting shuffled in and out like an assembly line at the ER or Pediatric Urgent Care, Shine Pediatrics was willing to take my son in and see him when we were travelling through from out of state. Staci Swan was available and willing to see our son and advised and diagnosed him with such care, kindness, and knowledge. She absolutely saved our trip. I wish our pediatric care at our home town was like this. The office/facility was new, clean, and Staci and Natalie were running a tight ship. Shine Pediatrics just celebrated their opening on June 20th! Co-owners, Natalie and Staci, are cultivating an awesome, sensory-friendly environment that is welcoming to the autism community! Shine Pediatrics is Sensory Inclusive certified by KultureCity and they are working on creating a sensory room in clinic. How exciting! 10/10 recommend checking them out!

We called Shine Pediatrics last minute as my daughter was sent home sick from school today. Staci was able to squeeze us in and we were even able to get a flu and Covid vaccine at the same visit. We will be back!!

This office helped my son James out big time when we were having a difficult time finding a provider based on our situation and needs. Natalie went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure our infant was taken care of. She took the time to listen to my concerns and I can tell she really actually cares. She is also very knowledgeable and detailed. If you are looking for two great pediatricians don't hesitate to give them a try, we are very happy we found them.
